Q. I received this message, "Invalid Activation Code. The activation code you have entered has already been used to activate another copy of JPEGmini." What do I do now?
A. Please email us at Support@JPEgmini.com with your activation code, and we'll open another activation for you.
As a reminder, the JPEGmini license is for 1 user and can be installed on up to 3 of their personal computers. If there are others using JPEGmini, they will need their own license.
